It’s been almost one year since Congress voted to defund local public media stations. Today, local stations are still serving with revolve, but communities are paying the price.

The loss of federal funding is eroding local service, leading to the loss and reduction of programs and resources communities count on, from journalism to educational outreach. Dozens of stations are struggling to stay on air.

Congress is actively advancing critical funding legislation, and must hear that you support restoring funding for local public media stations. Call your lawmakers and urge them to restore funding now.
